Methodology
In a controlled trial the Duhring Chamber Test was conducted on subjects with healthy skin over a period of days. The trial was determined using Water, Flexitol Happy Little Bodies Eczema Body Wash and Shampoo and a wash that contained 0.2% SDS to measure the irritation potential of these products.
Results
The results found that Flexitol Happy Little Bodies Eczema Body Wash and Shampoo did not produce any visible signs of irritation, and is therefore as low irritating as water and much less irritating than the wash containing 0.2% SDS.
The above results are from a study conducted on 20 subjects by Derma Consult Concept® GMBH in Germany, an independent testing facility as commissioned and funded by LaCorium Health Australia Pty Ltd.
